Cancellation and Reservation Policy:

 

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm reservation. The remaining balance is due at time of departure.

• Any cancellation over 60 days to your arrival date is 50% refundable.

• Any cancellation 60 days to your arrival date is 100% non-refundable or can be applied to another trip.

• Guests are responsible for payment of total package booked regardless of late arrival or early departure.

• Trip cancellation insurance will be offered to each registrant.

• Receipt of deposit and/or final payment to Distant Waters is acknowledgement that registrant has read and accepts cancellation/refund and responsibility clauses.
